Customer Service Representatives
Take customer orders, data entry, handle customer complaints, process new items, assist sale representatives, understand machine limitations, route items through production.
Design
Formulate and communicate ideas for new accounts or products. Analyzes customer’s needs and production feasibility. Works closely with Sales Reps and Customer Service Reps. Makes recommendations for styles, board weight, etc. Uses Computer Aided Design to design boxes.
Sales Representatives
Sell new accounts, service existing accounts. Works with Accounts Receivable to collect past due accounts.
Plant (Production/Manufacturing)
Positions include: Feeders, Stackers, Assistant Operators, Machine Operators, Forklift Operators, Corrugator Crew, Schedulers, Maintenance including Electricians and Mechanics
