• Atlas ebiz is available to you, the customer, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. It is available at your, the customers, convenience not the convenience of Atlas.
• To support the 24/7 availability, the website is hosted at an outside location that has full backup and support 24/7.
• Atlas ebiz is a just a tool to help you, the customer, do your job. It does not replace a real person and is not intended to.
• Atlas ebiz is a real time online system. When Atlas Harry Rhodes information changes during the day, the changes are available to you, the customer, immediately.
• Confirmation/acknowledgements will continue to made by Atlas personnel in a timely manner as in the past. The confirmations for either purchase orders or quotes will not be electronic. Atlas is committed to keep the relationship personal and face to face.
• The ebiz menu can be customized to the meet customers requirements based on what they want individual users to see.
