Using the GSA, hundreds of thousands of federal buyers have access to over 10 million commercial products and services from more than 9,000 commercial vendors and contractors, that can be ordered directly from GSA Schedule contractors or through the GSA Advantage!® online shopping and ordering system.

Peter and Paul Centenari, investment bankers by trade and new comers to manufacturing, acquired Atlas at four o’clock in the morning the day before Thanksgiving in 1988. At the time, it was located in a 50,000 square foot facility in Baltimore. Its revenues were just south of $6.0 million.

Since then, the company has acquired several of its competitors. Today, the manufacturing location is located in a 200,000 square foot facility in Severn, Maryland This year the company is projecting close to $40 million in revenue. With over 150 employees, 2,000 customers and 60,000 orders per year, Atlas has grown nearly 25% per year for over a decade – more than eight times faster than its industry’s average.

We are a manufacturer and printer of corrugated packaging products including regular slotted containers, die cut boxes and inserts, not a distributor as are most of our competition. Because we have our own trucks and run our own manufacturing equipment, you buy directly from the source.   We have several printing machines to customize your packaging needs.  We also have two state-of-the art, design and testing departments that can create or re-engineer your packaging prototypes at no charge.  There are many applications for box usage by government agencies such as:  move and store files, electronic media and documents, disposable medical waste, transport small animals to large pieces of furniture, mail printed material, CDs and artwork, colorful litho-laminated displays as well as other miscellaneous box needs.

We are located near the Washington beltway. Our "on-time-every time" delivery record is one of if not the highest in the Mid-Atlantic region of the US.

We distribute other packaging product lines (tapes, bubble wrap, news print, stretch film, wooden crates, mailers, mailing tubes and military spec. packaging). Additionally, we can coordinate any and all other agency packaging needs.
