About Jake Rill

My name is Jake Rill, and I serve as the Design Department Manager and Account Executive at Atlas Container.

With over 10 years of experience at Atlas, I started right out of college in the design department. This journey has given me a comprehensive understanding of the packaging industry, from the creative process to the manufacturing floor. I have a deep appreciation for large-scale machinery and the problem-solving involved in delivering the best solutions for our clients.

What drives me most is tackling new challenges—each project feels like solving a complex puzzle. I take pride in exceeding customer expectations by finding innovative solutions, all while continuously growing and learning. The family-oriented culture at Atlas creates a supportive environment where I can innovate, learn, and deliver results with confidence.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about golf, soccer, and fantasy football. I also enjoy building computers, playing video games, and bodyboarding whenever I get the chance.
