Three-Layer Treatment

Most treated corrugated coats only the outer liner. MRB treats all three layers, outer liner, inner liner, and the corrugated medium, individually before lamination, so water resistance is built into the board itself rather than applied as a surface coating.

Stitched Construction

Standard adhesive doesn't bond reliably to treated board. MRB trays and boxes are die-cut in a rollover style that closes through stitching instead of glue, giving you a leak-proof container built specifically for this material.

FDA Approved for Direct Food Contact
